In memory of all the wonderful Collies who have shared our lives and continue to live on in our hearts.
Jake
Adopted at age 7 in 1996.
Crossed the Rainbow Bridge in September 2003.
My Sweet Baby Jake.
A more gentle soul never existed.
I miss you baby-boy.

In spite of my never have had a dog
before, it was love at first site for me when I saw Chee Chee and, with open
arms, my husband and I welcomed him into our home in June 2005. Then, sadly,
just eight months later, on March 10, 2006, we had to say goodbye to one of
the noblest animals we had ever known. Although his heart and sweet spirit
were strong, his body was weakening. Chee Chee made a huge impression on our
lives. He was gentle, loving, playful, regal and so handsome. It has been a
privilege for us to have him in our lives and we shall miss him dearly,.

Chip
On October 12, 2005 we had to put our lovely Chip (13 years young), to sleep. We had agreed to take him into foster care six months previously and took on the wonderful privilidge of caring for him. After two weeks of obvious stressful adjustment, he seems to bond with us and we with him. At that time we decided he was with us for the long haul, however painful that might be. He was our constant companion, which we did not mind because of his very gentle nature, love of affection and that sad look of, "One more backside rub pleaseeeeee".
His mind was sharp right to the end - he wanted to go walkies and do all those great adventuresome things dogs do. Unfortunatley his body was letting him down to the point where quality of life against quantity of life was, well, getting hard to rationalize.
Some dogs might walk across the Rainbow Bridge. Chip will be running!
Missed Forever.

Shane
In loving memory of Shane.
He was with our son when he was small and grew up with him side by side.
In August 2006 he died at the age of 10 due to heart failure.
Shane, we will never forget you!
