Rules and Regulations:
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket.
If a ticket stub has more than one name on it, CRN will award the prize won to the first person listed on the ticket stub.
A total of 1600 tickets are printed and available for sale at the price of $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00
If all 1600 tickets are not sold, the remaining unsold tickets will be destroyed and the draw will take place with only the tickets sold as entered into the draw.
The draw will take place on April 15th, 2010 at the CRN mailing address in Hornepayne, Ontario.
If a ticket stub can not be read by a CRN representative or if there is no contact information, such as a phone number or email address) the ticket stub will be considered void and another ticket stub will be drawn and declared to be the winner.
Only official tickets printed by CRN are eligible to win.
The winner need not be present to win.
CRN will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. The winner has seven (7) days to respond and acknowledge acceptance of their prize. On the eighth (8th) day, if the winner has not responded to the CRN representative, they will forfeit the prize and a new ticket stub will be drawn and a new winner will be declared.
No refunds will be offered or be available once a ticket is purchased.
The CRN Board of Directors will not be allowed to purchase tickets nor will they be eligible to win any of the prizes offered.
All monies raised by the raffle will be deposited into the CRN rescue account and be used towards the care of present and future Collies in the care of the CRN rescue program and for any operational costs associated with CRN.
The official prizes are as follows: First (1st) Prize will be an Apple 32GB iPod Touch, retail value approximately $297.99. Second (2nd) Prize will be a Canon PowerShot 12.1 MP Digital Camera, retail value approximately $149.99. Third Prize will be a $100.00 Gift Card from Future Shop Canada, retail value approximately $100.00. All approximate values are listed in Canadian funds.
Winners may request their prize as the cash equivalent in lieu of the actual prize. All cash values are listed in and will be awarded in Canadian funds.
