Success Story
Sammi came to Collie Rescue Network when she was found as a stray by her local animal control and no one came to claim her. After her waiting period was over and still no one was looking for her, she came to CRN and into foster care.
Sammi was a very independent girl who wanted very much to be Top Dog in her foster home so we knew she would do well in an adoptive home where she was the only dog. That way she could soak up all the attention herself (because she really was a big suck once she knew she was The Boss) and not worry about who was in charge.
Sammi went to live with Sylvia and her family in Edmonton where she is now the only dog, getting lots and lots of attention and is a much loved member of their family.
