Collie Rescue Network is fully staffed by volunteers.  We depend on our volunteers for everything from fostering the rescue Collies to transporting Collies to and from their foster homes.  Volunteers staff the booths at fundraising events, they answer phone calls about Collies in need, they put up posters, help educate the public about responsible pet ownership.....every single thing that happens at Collie Rescue Network is only possible because someone, somewhere has volunteered to do it!

There are so many different things you can do to volunteer with Collie Rescue Network.  Our two biggest needs are always Foster Homes and Transport Volunteers.  Check out how to help with these two much needed positions at the links above.

We also currently need Newsletter Volunteers.  Are you interested in writing articles about dogs and about Collies in particular?  Can you spend some time interviewing doggie related professionals (agility coaches, obedience trainers, veterinarians, etc.) to create interesting and informative articles?  If so, check out the Newsletter Volunteers link above.

Financial support is always in desperate need.  Most rescues walk a fine line between "broke" and "holding our head just above the water".  Collie Rescue Network depends on the kindness of those who support our efforts to treat every Collie in our care ethically and humanely by providing appropriate medical care for each individual Collie's needs.  Most of the Collies that come into rescue with Collie Rescue Network need some type of vetting taken care of whether it be a general wellness check-up, spaying/neutering, vaccinations or more extensive medical care to treat illnesses or injuries.  Please think about donating today to help the rescue Collies receive the treatment and care they require to start back onto the journey towards their new lives.
