Occasionally, when space and time permit, Collie Rescue Network will take into it's rescue program a collie mix.  Are you willing to foster a collie mix if CRN has one come into their program?

1.  Collie Rescue Network  can not guarantee that any information it has received on any individual collie regarding temperament, habits or background is in any way accurate.  Collie Rescue Network can not and will not make any warranties concerning any given collie's past history, current temperament, habits inside or outside the home, level of obedience, level of housetraining or anything regarding the collie's nature or reaction to any situation.  Every rescue collie that enters your home for fostering is based upon your own judgment.

2.  Completion of this form in NO WAY guarantees your acceptance as a foster home for Collie Rescue Network.  Collie Rescue Network reserves the right to deny any applicant at any time for any reason.

3.  If you are accepted as a foster home you will be required to provide a signature on this form.  A copy of this form will be provided to you at that time for this purpose.
